Starting about a month ago, we were afforded a peek into the lives of the President and the First Family, courtesy of the official White House photostream on Flickr, showing some social media savvy on the part of the current administration.

In addition, for about a year now, a collaboration on Flickr known as The Commons has been bringing us images from museums, universities and libraries, the latest addition being Library of Congress.
